This wine uses Koshu grapes from Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, with skin contact and low-temperature fermentation used to bring out its umami and aroma. After fermentation, it was aged for approximately six months sur lie (in contact with the lees) to add umami and complexity. This is a rich, dry white wine with fruit flavors, harmonious acidity, and subtle astringency, complemented by refreshing aromas reminiscent of citrus and Conference pears.

Collection Superieure is a superior series made from carefully selected grapes. After brewing to bring out the potential of the grapes, the wine is left for the lees to naturally settle before the clear wine is bottled unfiltered. Because it is unfiltered, there may be cloudiness or sediment (suspended matter), but these are natural components derived from the grapes, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.
