The Collection Vin Pétillant is a series of sparkling wines that allow you to fully appreciate the taste of the grapes. Fermented in the bottle, these wines contain the bubbles created by yeast, resulting in cloudiness and sediment, and offering a variety of flavors derived from the grapes. As they are prone to overflowing, please chill thoroughly and then open slowly over a sink or bowl while carefully releasing the gas. Additionally, because these wines are unfiltered, there may be cloudiness or sediment (such as suspended matter), but these are natural components derived from the grapes and are perfectly safe to consume.

This pét-nat uses three black grape varietals from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture: Black Queen, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. The flavors of the grape skins were carefully extracted through skin contact. It is a dry pét-nat characterized by a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of raspberries and herbs, and a sharp acidity.
We recommend enjoying the clear top portion first, and then gradually mixing in the sediment as you continue to drink. The flavor will change as the sediment becomes more integrated.
