Collection Vin Petillant is a series of sparkling wines that allow you to fully appreciate the natural taste of grapes. Fermented in the bottle, these wines capture the bubbles created by yeast, resulting in a cloudy appearance and sediment, offering a variety of flavors derived from the grapes. As it is prone to overflowing, please chill thoroughly, then open slowly over a sink or bowl, gradually releasing the gas. Additionally, due to being unfiltered, there may be cloudiness and sediment (floating particles), but these are natural components derived from the grapes, so you can enjoy them with peace of mind. *As it is unfiltered and unpasteurized, please store in a cool, dark place.
This is a pét-nat white wine made from seeded Delaware grapes grown in Yamagata Prefecture, fermented in the bottle. It is a dry pét-nat with a harmonious balance of elegant aromas like apple and La France pear, and a refreshing acidity.
We recommend enjoying the clear upper portion first, then gradually mixing in the sediment as you continue to drink. The flavor will change depending on how much sediment is mixed in. *Please store in a cool, dark place.
