Collection Classique is a series of still wines where you can genuinely taste the flavor of the grapes.
These are dry wines made by fermenting the grapes to bring out the characteristics of the varietal, then waiting for the lees to naturally settle, and finally bottling the supernatant without filtration. As they are unfiltered, there may be some cloudiness or sediment (such as suspended particles), but these are natural components derived from the grapes and are perfectly safe to consume.

Made with 95% Muscat Bailey A and 5% Black Queen grapes from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture. After destemming and crushing, cold maceration was performed, followed by a slow fermentation with a gradual increase in temperature. Through approximately 50 days of long maceration, the fruit's potential was maximized and umami was extracted. This dry red wine boasts a harmonious balance of fragrant berry notes, gentle tannins, and rich acidity.
