Collection Classique is a series of still wines that allow you to fully appreciate the taste of grapes.
After fermenting to bring out the characteristics of the grape varieties, the wine is left for the lees to naturally settle, and then the clear wine is bottled unfiltered as a dry wine. Due to being unfiltered, there may be some cloudiness or sediment (suspended matter, etc.), but these are natural components of the wine and are safe to consume. *As it is unfiltered and unpasteurized, please store in a cool, dark place.
Made with seeded Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture, it undergoes cold maceration at the start, gradually increasing the temperature for about 20 days of maceration and fermentation, extracting umami from the skins and seeds. This dry orange wine has a delightful aroma of cotton candy and red apple, with pleasant acidity and a subtle astringency.
