~Our thoughts on winemaking~
If Japanese people, in Japan, make Japanese wine, they should use grapes that are rooted in Japan. We want wine to express Japanese culture, tradition, and sensibility. We want not only Japanese people, but also people from overseas to feel Japan through this wine. Your glass saves agriculture, farmers, and the earth.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Tsuruoka City has long been known as a natural habitat for wild grapes, and its climate has created the perfect environment for growing this special fruit.
The wild grapes, blessed by this bounty of nature, are macerated slowly without additives. The fruit's inherent potential and individuality are maximized, resulting in a wonderful wine that we can be proud of around the world. This bottle is filled with the feelings, love, tradition, and respect for history that have been passed down from parent to child. And it is also filled with our desire as winemakers to deliver this wine with care.
The name comes from the "vine" of Tsuruoka City and the "vine" of grapes, a vine plant. Grapes are plants that grow by spreading their vines and getting entangled in something to support them as they grow upwards. This overlaps with how we humans live by connecting with others and supporting each other. In the process of producing this wine, I once again realized how many people support and keep me alive.
With a rich, deep flavor and plenty of polyphenols, this drink is good for your body.
Please enjoy this luxurious wine that allows you to experience Tsuruoka's history, nature, and the powerful flavor of wild grapes.
About wine
No sulfites are added and the wine is bottled in cold weather. When stored in a warm place, the gas and liquid in the bottle expand. There may also be some fermentation in the bottle due to residual sugar, which may cause the cork to float. This does not lead to deterioration.
We ask that you understand this before purchasing and storing the product.
