~Our passion for winemaking~
If Japanese people are making Japanese wine in Japan, it should be made with grapes that are deeply rooted in Japan. We want wine to express Japanese culture, tradition, and sensibility. We want Japanese people, and especially people from overseas, to experience Japan through this wine. Your glass saves agriculture, farmers, and the planet.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
▼Winery Comments▼
This year's Muscat Bailey A grew large, possibly due to the heavy rainfall just before harvest.
It is a light red wine, but because of the long maceration period, it has a lingering flavor.
A small amount of Neo Muscat (late harvest), which is characterized by its gorgeous and sweet aroma, is blended into it.
The aroma of Muscat Bailey A and Neo Muscat is woven together.
It will be interesting to see how it tastes in a blind tasting.
The taste is refreshing and fruity, with a slight gassy feel.
This is the kind of wine you'd imagine opening a bottle of while sitting on a terrace in France on a late afternoon.
I can imagine people enjoying it leisurely on the terrace of a cafe.
It pairs well with charcuterie such as salami, and also with sushi.
