If Japanese people, in Japan, make Japanese wine, they should use grapes that are rooted in Japan. We want wine to express Japanese culture, tradition, and sensibility. We want not only Japanese people, but also people from overseas to feel Japan through this wine. Your glass saves agriculture, farmers, and the earth.

This year has been a challenging one for many black grape varieties.
I'm sure the farmers had a hard time due to the heavy rain and high temperatures just before the harvest.
In our orchard, the sugar content did not increase as expected, and we had frustrating days.
However, I think that it was precisely because of this difficult year that this wine made use of the "interesting" things nature has to teach us. Imagine how they managed to bring the wine up to an Alc level of 11.5.
"Kaminoyama Rouge" is a special wine that was only made possible here in Kaminoyama City. We grow rare varieties that are rare both domestically and overseas.
