Using Koshu grapes from Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, we bring out the flavor and aroma through skin contact and low-temperature fermentation. After fermentation, we also leave it on the lees for about six months to add more flavor and complexity. This dry white wine is rich in fruitiness, characterized by a refreshing aroma of citrus and La France, a smooth acidity, and a subtle astringency.

After fermentation to bring out the potential of the grapes, we wait for the sediment to settle naturally and then bottle the top layer unfiltered to produce a dry wine.
Because it is unfiltered, it may be cloudy or contain sediment (floating particles, etc.), but since these are ingredients derived from grapes, it is safe to consume.
