Collection Vin Petillant is a series of sparkling wines that allow you to fully appreciate the natural taste of grapes. Fermented in the bottle, the wines contain the bubbles produced by yeast, resulting in turbidity and sediment. This allows you to experience a variety of flavors derived from the grapes. As the wine is prone to overflowing, please chill it thoroughly and then open it slowly over a sink or bowl, gradually releasing the gas. Although unfiltered, it may have turbidity and sediment (such as suspended matter), but these are grape-derived components and are safe to consume.

This dry Pétillant is made from four black grape varieties (Black Queen, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc) grown in Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture. Skin contact is used to extract the umami from the skins. It features a delightful aroma of raspberries and herbs, with a sharp acidity. We recommend first enjoying the clear upper part of the wine, then gradually mixing in the sediment as you continue to drink. The taste will change depending on how much sediment is mixed in.
