The "Collection Vin Petillant" is a series of sparkling wines that allow you to fully appreciate the natural taste of the grapes. Fermented in the bottle, these wines retain the bubbles created by yeast, resulting in a cloudy appearance and sediment, and offering a variety of flavors derived from the grapes. As they are prone to overflowing, please chill thoroughly and then carefully open over a sink or bowl, slowly releasing the gas. Also, as they are unfiltered, there may be cloudiness and sediment (such as suspended matter), but these are natural components of the wine and are safe to consume.

Made with Muscat Bailey A grapes from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, and skin contact was used to extract the umami from the grape skins.
This is a dry rosé pétillant with charming red fruit aromas harmonized by crisp acidity.
We recommend first enjoying the clear top portion of the wine, then gradually mixing in the sediment as you continue to drink. The taste will change depending on how much sediment is mixed in.

We use only high-quality Muscat Bailey A from Kaminoyama City, cultivated by these five growers.
In particular, the majority of the grapes are from Kubote, cultivated by Sunshine Farm and Mr. Kaoru Watanabe of Oraho Bundo, who are growers located near the winery.
