Made from Muscat Bailey A (71%) and Black Queen (29%) from Kaminoyama, Yamagata Prefecture, the wine is slowly extracted with cold and long maceration to extract the flavor and aroma, and then aged in barrels for three months to create a concentrated flavor. This red wine features mild tannins and a rich acidity that harmonizes the aromas of red and black fruits with a hint of roasted aroma and spices.

After fermentation to bring out the potential of the grapes, we wait for the sediment to settle naturally and then bottle the top layer unfiltered to produce a dry wine.
Because it is unfiltered, it may be cloudy or contain sediment (floating particles, etc.), but since these are ingredients derived from grapes, it is safe to consume.
