Fermentation takes place in the bottle, and the bubbles produced by the yeast are trapped inside, resulting in cloudiness and sediment, allowing you to enjoy the various flavors derived from the grapes. As this wine is prone to overflowing, please chill it thoroughly and then open it slowly over a sink or bowl to release the gas.
Because it is unfiltered, it may be cloudy or contain sediment (floating particles), but these are ingredients derived from grapes, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. *The bubbles are mild.

Using Muscat Bailey A from Kaminoyama, Yamagata Prefecture, this wine is made with skin contact to bring out the flavor of the skin. This dry rose petillant has a charming aroma of red fruits and a refreshing acidity.
We recommend that you start by tasting the clear top layer, then gradually mix in the sediment as you drink. The flavor will change depending on how much sediment is mixed in.
