Collection Vin Petillant is a series of sparkling wines that allow you to experience the taste of grapes in a straightforward way. Fermentation takes place in the bottle, and the bubbles produced by the yeast are trapped inside, resulting in cloudiness and sediment, allowing you to experience the various flavors derived from the grapes. As it is prone to overflowing, please chill it thoroughly and then open it slowly over a sink or bowl while releasing the gas. Also, since it is unfiltered, it may be cloudy or have sediment (floating particles, etc.), but these are ingredients derived from grapes, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.

Petillant is a white wine made from Delaware grapes grown in Yamagata Prefecture and fermented in the bottle. It is a dry Petillant with a harmonious blend of the gorgeous aroma of apples and La France and refreshing acidity.
We recommend that you start by tasting the clear top layer, then gradually mix in the sediment as you drink. The flavor will change depending on how much sediment is mixed in.
