After fermentation to bring out the potential of the grapes, we wait for the sediment to settle naturally and then bottle the top layer unfiltered to produce a dry wine.
Because it is unfiltered, it may be cloudy or contain sediment (floating particles, etc.), but these are ingredients derived from grapes, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. *As this is unfiltered raw bottling, please store it in a cool, dark place.

This Sauvignon Blanc from the Hosoya region of Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture (producer: Saichi Endo) is fermented at low temperatures with skin contact to bring out the flavor and aroma. This dry white wine has a rich fruitiness with a gorgeous aroma of citrus and herbs, a pleasant acidity and a hard saltiness that gives it a cool feeling.
