Using Muscat Bailey A from Kaminoyama, Yamagata Prefecture, the wine is slowly extracted with cold and long maceration (fermentation for 35 days) to bring out the flavor and aroma, and then aged in barrels for six months to create a concentrated flavor. This red wine is characterized by its mild tannins and rich acidity, with a harmonious blend of red and black fruit aromas, spices and roasted aromas.

After fermentation to bring out the potential of the grapes, we wait for the sediment to settle naturally and then bottle the top layer unfiltered to produce a dry wine.
Because it is unfiltered, it may be cloudy or contain sediment (floating particles, etc.), but since these are ingredients derived from grapes, it is safe to consume.
