Collection Classique is a series of still wines that allow you to fully appreciate the taste of the grapes.
After brewing to bring out the characteristics of each varietal, we wait for the lees to naturally settle, then bottle the clear top layer unfiltered. This is a dry wine. Because it is unfiltered, there may be cloudiness or sediment (such as suspended particles), but these are natural components derived from the grapes and are safe to consume.
*As it is unfiltered and raw bottled, please store in a cool, dark place.

This wine uses four black grape varietals from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture (Muscat Bailey A 82.5%, Black Queen 7%, Cabernet Sauvignon 6%, Merlot 4.5%). The umami and aroma are brought out through skin contact and low-temperature fermentation. It is a fruity, dry rosé wine characterized by a bright berry aroma and a crisp acidity.
