Collection Classique is a series of still wines that allow you to truly experience the taste of grapes.
This is a dry wine that is brewed to bring out the characteristics of the variety, then allowed for the lees to settle down naturally, and then bottled the supernatant without filtration.
Since it is unfiltered, there may be some turbidity or lees (floating matter, etc.), but you can enjoy it with confidence as the ingredients are derived from grapes.

Using 5 varieties of black grapes from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture (Muscat Bailey A 70%, Black Queen 12%, Merlot 11%, Cabernet Sauvignon 6%, Cabernet Franc 1%), the flavor and aroma are brought out through skin contact and low temperature fermentation. I am. A fruity, dry rosé wine with a gorgeous berry aroma and refreshing acidity.
