We recommend that you taste the clear supernatant part when you first start drinking, and then gradually mix in the lees as you continue drinking. The taste will change depending on the amount of lees mixed in.

Fermentation takes place in the bottle and the bubbles produced by the yeast are trapped, so there is a cloudiness and lees, allowing you to experience the various flavors derived from the grapes. Since it is easy to spill, please cool it thoroughly and then slowly release the gas in the sink or over a bowl before opening the bottle.
Since it is unfiltered, there may be some turbidity or lees (floating matter, etc.), but since it is a grape-derived ingredient, you can enjoy it with confidence.
