Collection Classique is a series of still wines that allow you to truly experience the taste of grapes.
After brewing to bring out the characteristics of the variety, we wait for the lees to fall naturally, and then bottle the supernatant without filtration to create a dry wine. Because it is unfiltered, there may be some turbidity or lees (floating matter, etc.), but since it is a grape-derived ingredient, you can enjoy it with confidence.

Using Muscat Bailey A from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, after destemming and crushing, we perform cold maceration (low-temperature soaking) and gradually raise the temperature to proceed with slow fermentation, and continue brewing for a certain period even after fermentation is complete, resulting in delicious flavor. (Brewed for 21 days, with malolactic fermentation).
A dry red wine with a well-balanced berry aroma and rich fruit flavor, gentle tannins and fresh acidity.
