Fermentation takes place in the bottle and the bubbles produced by the yeast are trapped, so you can experience the various flavors derived from the grapes with the turbidity and lees. Since it is easy to spill, please cool it thoroughly and then slowly release the gas in the sink or over a bowl before opening the bottle. In addition, since it is unfiltered, there may be some cloudiness or lees (floating matter, etc.), but since it is a grape-derived ingredient, you can enjoy it with confidence.

Petian is a white wine fermented in the bottle using nucleated Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture (from the Kubote area of ​​Kaminoyama City and the Motozawa area of ​​Yamagata City adjacent to the Kubote area). A dry Petian with a harmonious aroma of apple and La France and refreshing acidity. In 2023, it was very hot and there was little rain, so we were able to harvest grapes with high sugar content.This year, as usual, we had the grapes harvested early to preserve the acidity, resulting in a wine with clean acidity and rich fruit flavor. .
We recommend that you taste the clear supernatant part when you first start drinking, and then gradually mix in the lees as you continue drinking. The taste will change depending on the amount of lees mixed in.
