Collection Classique is a series of still wines that allow you to truly experience the taste of grapes.
After brewing to bring out the characteristics of the variety, we wait for the lees to fall naturally, and then bottle the supernatant without filtration to create a dry wine. Since it is unfiltered, there may be some turbidity or lees (floating matter, etc.), but since it is a grape-derived ingredient, you can enjoy it with confidence.
Orange wine (orange) is made using nucleated Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture (near the Kubote area of Kaminoyama City), and the flavor and astringency is extracted from the skin and seeds through fermentation, and the flavor is created through short skin contact and low temperature fermentation. We made two lots of white wine (blanc) that brings out the aroma and aroma, and assembled them after fermentation (2023 is 76% orange and 24% blanc). A light, dry orange wine with a pleasant aroma of cotton candy and apple, firm acidity, and a slight astringency.
*The product name blange is a coined word combining blanc and orange.
*Please store in a cool and dark place as it is unfiltered and packed raw.
