The Kamiwada district of Takahata Town is located on the eastern side of the mountain at a high altitude.
Various wild animals live in the area, and to protect the vines from damage by animals such as bears, an "electric fence" (La Cloture Electric) is installed around the vineyards.
We then carefully select only the most ripe Chardonnay grapes and brew them sparingly.

When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the refreshing, rich flavors of ripe pineapple and citrus candy, combined with a rich aroma of roasted nuts and vanilla from the new oak barrels.
It has a rich flavor with a rich sweetness and refreshing acidity.
This is a smooth and soft wine with a full body and a rich, lingering finish.

This wine goes well with rich dishes such as sautéed foie gras, lobster gratin, roast beef (yogurt sauce), and cheese fondue.
