White wine (blanc) that brings out the umami and aroma through short-term skin contact and low-temperature fermentation, using nucleated Delaware from Yamagata Prefecture (near the Kubote district of Kaminoyama City), and umami from the skin and seeds through fermentation. We made 2 lots of orange wine (orange) that extracted the astringency and astringency separately, and after the fermentation was finished, we did an assemblage.
A light dry orange wine with a gorgeous aroma of cotton candy and apples, and a pleasant sourness and faint astringency.
