Our own hedge-grown Sauvignon Blanc from Kubote, Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, is brought out in flavor and aroma through skin contact and low-temperature fermentation, and finished with a complex and deep flavor through 9 months of Surlie and 17 months of bottle aging.
