Cuvee des Amis is a high-end series made from carefully selected grapes by a wine grower we know.
As this sake is unfiltered, it may be cloudy or contain sediment (floating particles, etc.). *As this is an unfiltered sake, please store it in a cool, dark place.

This wine is made by blending Chardonnay (74%) and Petit Manseng (26%) from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, and after extracting the aroma and flavor through skin contact and low-temperature fermentation, it is aged on the lees in French oak barrels for 14 months to create a complex and deep flavor. This dry white wine has a rich and concentrated flavor that harmonizes aromas of tropical fruits and honey with aromas of vanilla and nuts.
In 2021, we were blessed with very good weather from September to October, allowing the grapes to ripen healthily. As a result, the Chardonnay was harvested delayed until mid-October to coincide with the Petit Manseng harvest, allowing us to brew wine from grapes that were ripeer than ever before.
