Domaine Cloche is a flagship series made with grapes grown in-house.

We use pinot gris, sauvignon blanc, and pinot noir grown in-house in Kubote, Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, and use brewing and fermentation to bring out the flavor and astringency from the skin and seeds (PG/SB mixed brew) and After skin contact, the juice is squeezed and fermented at low temperature to bring out the aroma.The lot (PN, PG, SB mixed brew) is blended, aged in new French oak barrels for 10 months, and bottled for 28 months after bottling to create a complex blend. Finished with a deep flavor.
A mellow, dry orange wine with smooth acidity and supple tannins that harmonizes the gorgeous aromas of apricots, peaches, and orange peel with the aromas of vanilla and nuts from the barrel.
