It is a light red wine (Kurere) with plum and nut aromas, moderate astringency and rich acidity. Serve chilled.
In 2020, when we started in-house brewing, we were testing several small-lot wines. We blend these wines (Merlot Rosé, Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, self-grown Steuben brew, Yama Sauvignon Red), as well as various other leftover sake and lees. *Almost all other grapes planted in 2020.
In addition, we use a small amount of oak chips on a trial basis, and for a short period of time (about 4 months), we also put it in barrels, so you can also feel the flavor derived from oak.
*Because it is unfiltered, there may be turbidity and sediment (floating matter, etc.), but you can enjoy it with confidence because it is an ingredient derived from grapes.
* This time, it is an irregular product because it did not belong to any series conceptually. Therefore, with self-made labels, there are no cap seals or seals. The price is also affordable.
* Egare = stray (because it's a wine that strayed without being able to determine the end point lol)
