Muscat Bailey A (produced in Kaminoyama City) and cored pione (produced in Asahi Town) from Yamagata Prefecture were used. Each is fermented separately (Muscat Bailey A is fruit juice fermentation, Pione is brewed fermentation), then assembles and undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle to create a dry Petian Claire (bright red wine with fine bubbles). The sweet aroma of Muscat Bailey A and the faint astringency of the fermented pione blend perfectly.
