We sell wine made from grapes grown by our own hands in Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, at the foot of Mt. Zao.
We offer unique and interesting wines that are carefully crafted by artisans just like in a workshop (atelier).

With this in mind, he has spent over 10 years studying wine both in Japan and overseas, and is now engaged in land-based activities including grape cultivation, winemaking, and the regeneration of abandoned farmland.

A slightly sparkling red wine made from 100% Merlot.
It was a tough year with many challenges, including heavy rain just before the harvest and a scorching hot summer, but after a struggle, the wine is finally complete. I think it is precisely because of the difficult year that it has turned out to be such an interesting wine.
It has a light and simple taste that complements meals, and its low alcohol content makes it easy to drink quickly.
