This sake is stored raw in a "snow room" in Iide-machi and pasteurized once. Unlike a refrigerator, a snow room is almost completely free from external influences (changes in light intensity, humidity, and temperature), allowing for consistent, good aging. Please enjoy the refreshing flavor that matches the season.
