This is a one-time pasteurized sake that is freshly stored in Iide Town's "Yukimuro". Unlike a refrigerator, the Yukimuro is virtually unaffected by outside influences (changes in light intensity, humidity, and temperature), allowing for constant ripening in good conditions. Please enjoy the refreshing taste that is only available for the season.
