"Sake Mirai" is one of the three sake rice varieties, alongside "Tatsu no Otoshigo" and "Ushu Homare," owned by Takagi Shuzo, the brewery of "Juyondai."
Under the guidance of President and Toji Mitobe, the full potential of the sake rice's characteristics, including its expansive flavor and umami, has been maximized. Among Masamune's sakes, which typically have a strong mineral character, this is quite a juicy type, with a sweetness that springs forth in the mouth as if you were biting into fruit.
