"Sake Mirai" is one of the three sake rice varieties owned by the 14th generation Takagi Sake Brewery, along with "Ryu no Otoshiko" and "Ushu Homare."
President and Chief Brewer Mitobe has maximized the fullness and umami of the sake rice, taking advantage of its characteristics. This is a fairly juicy type of Masamune sake with a strong mineral taste, and when you put it in your mouth, you will taste a sweetness that makes you feel like you are biting into fruit flesh.
