A pure rice nigori sake made from the moromi of the popular drink ``Pink Kappa'', which uses red yeast. Low-alcohol nigori sake, which contains the lees from the manufacturing process, is packed in 500ml transparent bottles and stored at ice temperature for about a year to make it easy to drink and enjoy the look.
Like the pink kappa, it is characterized by its refreshing sweetness and cute sourness. The impression you get when you taste only the supernatant is like a rosé wine. If you mix it with nigori, it turns into sake and you can enjoy it twice with just one bottle!
