This is a Daiginjo sake meticulously handcrafted through all processes, using Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture polished to 35%. This year, due to the summer heat, the rice was hard, so we proceeded with brewing while paying meticulous attention to rice washing and water absorption. Please enjoy the clean flavor with a harmonious balance of aroma and taste.
