This is the brewery's finest Daiginjo sake, crafted with no expense spared by the brewers, who pour all their skill into every step from rice washing to brewing and pressing, without any compromise, meticulously focusing on "making delicious sake."

This Daiginjo sake is made entirely by hand using Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 35%. This year, due to the summer heat, the rice was hard, so we brewed it with extreme care during washing and water absorption. Please enjoy the clean taste with a harmonious aroma and flavor.
