This sake has six "nos":
"No Filtering" - As it was collected
"No Dilution" - An undiluted sake with rich umami
"No Heating" - As fresh nama-zake
"No Foaming" - Retaining its natural fizziness
"No Waiting" - Bottled on the day of pressing
We pursued a fresh and delicious taste with "reckless abandon."

The first installment in the series, the Platinum Bottle, uses 100% Miyama Nishiki rice grown by contracted farmers in Shonai. The acidity and sweetness of the rice harmonize to create a sharp fruitiness. Despite being an unfiltered nama genshu, it has a light and smooth taste.
