This sake has six "nothings."
"Unfiltered" "No water added" as it is when it is brewed "Unheated" as a raw sake with rich flavor "No foaming" as a fresh unpasteurized sake "No time left" as it is bottled on the day it is pressed into the tank, retaining its natural fizz, in our mad pursuit of fresh, delicious flavor.

The first in the series, the Platinum Bottle, is made from 100% Miyamanishiki rice grown by contracted farmers in Shonai. The harmonious balance of acidity and sweetness of the rice creates a sharp fruitiness. Although it is an unfiltered raw sake, it has a light taste on the palate.
