This is the spring lightly cloudy version, a spin-off of our popular Tohoku Izumi "Mt. Chokai" series. It's a luxurious unpasteurized sake brewed with the king of sake rice, "Yamada Nishiki." Please enjoy the rich umami essence of the unfiltered lees. The label, reminiscent of fresh spring greenery, is also eye-catching.
