This is a spin-off of our popular Tohoku Izumi "Mt.chokai" series, and is the first spring cloudy version to be brewed in two years. This luxurious unpasteurized sake is made by crossing Yamagata Prefecture's proud Daiginjo class sake brewing rice "Yukigami" with the king of sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" as the yeast starter. Please enjoy the rich umami extract of the origarami. The label, reminiscent of the fresh greenery of spring, is also eye-catching.
