About Shipping Namazake (Unpasteurized Sake)
During winter (November to March), namazake will be shipped via regular delivery.

Based on the concept of sake that carries on the future, the design depicts the image of passing the baton from the Year of the Snake to the Year of the Horse.
This auspicious sake is a Junmai Daiginjo brewed at the beginning of the Year of the Snake in 2025, then aged unpasteurized and refrigerated to fully bring out its flavor.
It offers a sweet, ripe fruit aroma, a smooth, mellow texture from aging unpasteurized, and a rich umami that spreads across the palate, accompanied by the complex flavors of unfiltered sake.
Enjoy a glass with some fatty winter yellowtail sashimi!
