Based on the concept of alcohol spinning towards the future, the design evokes the image of passing the baton from the Year of the Dragon to the Year of the Snake.
The first Junmai Daiginjo sake pressed for the "Year of the Dragon" in January 2024 was considered an auspicious sake, and was aged in a refrigerator while still raw to bring out its full flavor.
The sweet aroma of ripe fruit, the smooth mouthfeel of raw ripeness, and the rich, mellow flavor with the complex taste of unfiltered wine spread throughout your mouth.
