Domaine Cloche is a flagship series made with grapes grown in-house.

Because it is unfiltered, there may be turbidity and lees (suspended matter, etc.). *Please store in a cool and dark place as it is unfiltered and packed raw.

We use our own cultivated nucleated Delaware grapes from Kubote, Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, and ferment them to bring out the flavor and astringency from the skin and seeds. We mature them in old French oak barrels for 10 months, and then bottle them for 24 months after bottling. Finished with a complex and deep flavor.
A mellow, dry orange wine with soft acidity and mellow astringency that harmonizes with the gorgeous aromas of pineapple and honey and a faint roast aroma.
