Because it is unfiltered, it may be cloudy or contain sediment (floating particles, etc.).
*The 2019 wine is listed as a Cuvee because it was brewed by contract (and bottled in-house).
*As this is unfiltered raw bottling, please store it in a cool, dark place.

2019 in-house trellis grown nucleated Delaware, brewed at Gassan Wine (contract brewing), fermented, barrel aged for 23 months in French oak (one empty barrel) (15 months in Gassan Wine Tunnel cellar, 8 months at Bellwood, total of 23 months), barreled and bottled at Bellwood, aged for 41 months (as of January 2025)
This is a mellow, dry orange wine with a rich acidity and mellow astringency, combining aromas of yellow peach, apricot, honey, and black tea with a roasted aroma.
