We brewed Chardonnay from our own farms "Tanukizawa" and "Sawa" and contracted farms in Yamagata Prefecture and aged in barrels. The richness of ripe fruit and the beautiful acidity of the cool climate are in harmony. Do not use chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, etc.
