We brewed Chardonnay from our own "Tanukizawa" and "Sawa" vineyards and from contracted farmers in Yamagata Prefecture, and aged it in barrels. The richness of ripe fruit is harmoniously balanced with a beautiful acidity reminiscent of a cool climate. No chemical fertilizers, insecticides, or herbicides are used.
