This pure rice sake is brewed using "Haenuki", a specially grown local edible rice.
Just as there is growing interest in natural wines, where grapes are grown without pesticides or using organically grown ingredients, in the world of sake there is also a gradual increase in the preference for organic rice as the raw material.
The White Edition was designed by Brewer Jr. (his son) as a spin-off of the popular "Beppin" series. Enjoy the gorgeous ginjo aroma and clear taste with a crisp aftertaste.
