The label design was done by Ikezawa Satomi, and many people buy it just for the cover.
The brewer says he is confident about this seasonal sake! With a sake meter reading of +14, it has a strong dry impact, but when drunk chilled (at room temperature), the flavor is very soft and there is a rich, full-bodied taste. It has a good crispness, but it is not just a dry sake; some of the raw rice used is from Yamagata Prefecture and is suitable for sake brewing, so I think the flavor comes from that suitable rice. Enjoy the changing expressions of the sake as you change the temperature range.
