We use Muscat Bailey A, a small, highly ripe red grape variety grown by contracted farmers in Takahata Town.
The wine is saignéed to extract the concentrated flavor and tannins. This medium-bodied red wine has a gentle mouthfeel and just the right amount of voluminous tannins.
